Service Description

This 4-week program is a great way to learn good habits and tendencies while enjoying the most exciting playoffs in professional sports. Classes are limited to 8 participants allowing for ample participation with our instructor and will have age specific instruction. Our girls class will break down PWHL footage. Sessions will be held Monday evenings weekly at 7 PM EST starting 4/28. Zooms will be distributed by instructors once groups are made.
